Quilted Fun - CD Sunday DT

This time our theme at CD Sunday is 'Quilted Fun', I've been trying to use bits and pieces from my printed box, it's overflowing with all those images and papers I printed when I got the CD's and for whatever reason didn't get around to using all or some of.  My image is from Swalk by Crafters Companion, the quilted look BP I'm not sure if got it like that or if it was one of my experiments in Craft Artist. All the buttons are punched from patterned papers and then I used glaze to finish them. I used an MS punch for the centre strip, then added another strip with more glazed paper buttons. I finished off with Waco Pearl drops on the corners.

Something Beginning with 'D' - CD Sunday DT

Today my CD Sunday DT card is for my Grand-daughter Ivy's birthday, my 'D' for the theme is decoupage, I've used image and papers from Popcorn Bear - Birthday CD.  the hearts and heart corner and border punch set were from a Martha Stewart punch, sadly the border punch gave up and stopped punching after I had punched a couple of borders, very unusual for an MS punch, unfortunately I can't remember where I got it from. The little hearts scattered around were the offcuts from the main punch. I also used some clear glaze on the balloons, ribbon and 'happy birthday' are from my stash.

Toybox Treasures - CD Sunday DT

Morning all and  Happy Easter, today I'm sharing the card that I made for my youngest grandaughters birthday, she was one year old yesterday, Happy Birthday Ivy.

As I always try to make my DT cards with someone particular in mind, it's also my DT card for CD Sunday, our new challenge for this week is 'Toybox Treasures'.  My image and floral BP is from the 'Me To You' range, I glazed the balloon and glittered the parcels, although it doesn't show very well on this piccy.  I also used my Epiphany tool to cut and make the birthday embellie and mounted onto two of my new die cuts from spellbinders, all finished off with some organza ribbons and bow and little gem from my stash.

Winter Wonderland - CD Sunday DT

This week the theme over at CD Sunday is 'Winter Wonderland' so a great chance for me to use my Flowersoft Snowy Stuff better known as Polar White, Crystal Glaze, glitter and Sakura glitter pens,  my Cd's for this card were Crafters Companion - Cute Companions Christmas for the background and latern paper, and  Popcorn, Frosty and Bright for the Popcorn Bear, Souffle Duck and sledge images which I cut out and decoupaged.  Hope to see your Winter Wonderland entry over at  CD Sunday  just remember to use something from a CD even it's only a a little bit of paper.

Autumn - Delightful Challenges DT

It's Thursday again already, I'm all behind today, having been awake for hours last night I finally fell asleep at 6.45am, then of course I slept in late, now any sensible person would have got up and done the posting when they couldn't sleep, but not me !!!! mostly because hubby was sleeping so soundly and I didn't like to wake him to help me get to the computer and then back again afterwards, poor devil has enough to put up with me in the daytime, let alone being woken up at night if  it's not an emergency.
