Trees - CD Sunday DT

This week we would love to see some Trees over at CD Sunday, I'm using a digi image I got from Gingerloft a long time ago now, as it was a png image I was able to put a backing paper behind it in MCS program and colour it that way, the backing papers are all from MCS Crystal Sparkle CD.  I also used an MS punch for the glitter band, a die cut for the tag and some lovely metal leaf buttons I've had for ever and had cut the shanks off already to use on a card.

This week Delightful Challenges want you to Use a Tag. I hope you like my triple easel card, which I made for one of my grandaughters, she's just had a new baby sister, so as everyone is concentrating on her sister I thought she should have something for her too.

Tag It - CD Sunday

The weeks just seem to fly by just lately, it's Sunday again already, that means a new challenge over at CD Sunday, this week the challenge is entitled "Tag It", so you could make some gift tags, very useful at this time of year, or do as I have done and use some tags on a card. I'm using one of other fav colours apart from purple, left to me everything would be purple, so I really have to make a conscious effort not make a purple project. I do hope you like it.

The base card is my all time favourite Centura Pearl from Crafters Companion, the dotty mirri is a Kanban special from QVC images and papers are from the new MCS Papercraft Library.  The edges and ribbon strip are punched with an MS punch.
