Make it Girly - OLLCB DT

This time for the OLL challenge blog the theme is 'Make It Girly' my digi image and papers are from the Ooh-La-La CD Dreams of Tranquility, such a restful image I layered it onto part of a doily and part of a BP punched with MS punches which I also used on the corners of the main BP and then inked the edges, to finish off I added some butterfly cut from kanban holographic mirri card using Memory Box and Marianne Dies.

Old MacDonald had a Farm - CD Sunday DT

This week our theme over at CD Sunday is Old MacDonald had a Farm, my make this time is a stationery box which I recently made for a friend and my first try at one of these, the box contains: notelets, notepad, bookmark, tags, envelopes and writing paper, the images/papers are all from MCS More than Fur and Feathers.

It Takes Two - MTTC DT

Time for another challenge over at My Time To Craft, this time our theme is 'It Takes Two', so we want to see two of something, in my case this shutter card has two images, I printed my BP direct on to a sheet of hammered card, I used green mirri card for the layering and also the Marianne die cut flourishes, the feather, card candi and flowers were all from my stash.

Easy Elegance - CD Sunday DT

Morning all, what a horrible wet and dismal week we've had and it looks like set to last this week as well, come on summer where are you ?

As it's Sunday it's time for a new challenge over at CD Sunday, this week the theme is Easy Elegance, I used  Marianne dies for the Butterfly and the circular outer die cut into Kanban patterned mirri from my stash, the inner to the fancy circle was cut with a nestie,  the light blue satin effect card they sit on is printed from an Embossibilities CD, corners with shaped with a punch and i added some gems to finish off with, hope you like it, hope to see your entry over at CD Sunday, have a good week.

Ribbon/Twine - OLLCB DT

Another fortnight gone already !, where are the weeks going, I cannot believe we are already half way through May, so it means time for another challenge over at Ooh-La-La Creations Challenge  this time our theme is Ribbon/Twine, as you can see i've used ribbon, on my waterfall card, and images/papers from Ooh-La-La's latest CD Fairies and Blooms, along with some Centura Pearl base card and gold Mirri for the layering, I also highlighted the image with glitter, but that unfortuantely doesn't show that well in the piccy.

Reflections - CD Sunday DT

Hello all, time for another challenge over at CD Sunday, this week the theme is 'Reflections' I automatically thought of using Joanna Sheens Thomas Kincade collection as there are such lovely images with lots of relections in it.  I added it to some layers of turqouise marbled paper, and holographic mirri card, used an MS punch on two front edges, and finished off with a large double looped bow and some gems, Hope you like it.

Happy Healing - MTTC DT

Time for another challenge over at My Time To Craft, this time we would love to see your Happy Healing/Get Well creations.  A nice and easy card from me this time, reckon I should send this one to myself !! So fed up with one illness after another since November.  I had cut the decoupage out several months ago now, when I just fancied cutting out things I liked and would make some day.  The image is from Joanna Sheens RHS collection, I made the senti in MCS, base card is centura pearl,

Trees & Shrubs - CD Sunday DT

Such a wet and cold week it's been again, so far we've resisted putting the heating back on again, but it's come close a couple of times, particularly as yet again we both have sore throats, earache and painful chest, just hope i'm not going to get another bout of pleurisy.

This week our theme over at CD Sunday is Trees and Shrubs, my mojo doesn't seem to be working too well at the moment so I kept it easy and it's not one of my better creations, as you can see I steered away from my original thought of lots of greens,  my image and papers are from MCS Setting the Scene.
