Christmas in July - CD Sunday DT

This week over at CD Sunday it's my turn to pick the theme, I know it's only July, but I decided on Christmas in July, in the hope that it may get me into the groove for making a few, I had intended to get a head start back in April, but never quite got that far !! 

So here you see my first Christmas this year a cute House Mouse Topper from Joanna Sheens House Mouse Triple CD as are the papers, I also used some paper 'seasons greetings' tape and die cut some Poinsettias and fir sprigs, some puffy snow, and finished off with some Red Twinkle Goosebumps

Turquoise & Brown - MTTC DT

We have a colour challenge starting today over at My Time To Craft, the colours are Turquoise and Brown my card is made with image and BP's from Frou Frou by Crafters Companion,  I also added some brown pearls to finish off.

Ebony and Ivory - OLLCB DT

Another fortnight gone already, time seems to be flying by, this time at Ooh-La-La we have the theme of Ebony and Ivory, my image and BP is from fabulous Yesterdays Memories CD, I thought I would use a gatefold card this time, as I haven't done one in ages, I used Spellbinders dies for the leafy scrolls cut from black mirri card and finished off with some Ivory shade roses.

Hats - CD Sunday DT

It's the first Sunday of the month again already, so over at CD Sunday that means it's a sponsored challenge, this month we have Jems Designs who are offering a CD from their range for one lucky entrant.

The team were generously given the lovely Hat Box Collection CD to work with, this turquoise hat and BP's jumped out for me, after purple, my fav colours are Turquoise or Fuschia, I added an extra layer of the hat and the bag and highlighted them with Sakura Silver Glitter pen, unfortunately it doesn't show up at all in the piccy.

Dance - CD Sunday DT

Our latest theme over at CD Sunday is 'Dance', I love this image from Crisalis Classics by Crafters Companion, I sprayed with iridescent glitter spray/varnish, I used Marianne dies for the flowers and cut from papers and card, then added the ribbons and finished off with gems, the leaf flourish was a Memory Box die, I've had the lace for ages and thought it would go well on this card.

Masking - MTTC DT

This week our theme at My Time To Craft this week is 'Masking' .  I am showing you some ATC's I made recently for a swap, I masked together the various flowers, butterflies and birds from various Daisy Trail digi kits using Craft Artist 2 before printing and cutting around the top of the images and layering onto the backgrounds.

A new baby card today for the latest theme over at Ooh-La-La Challenge, my image and paper is taken from Ooh-La-La's Everyday Occasions CD. This was a quite and quick and easy to do I added some ribbons and pearls to finish off.
