Mixed Bouquet - CD Sunday DT

Morning, it's Sunday again already, it's still really hot (22c) at 4am here, cannot sleep as it's so sticky, I have the bedroom windows wide open.  

Still struggling with my mojo, just wish it would hurry up and return from it's vacation.

The theme at CD Sunday this week is Mixed Bouquet, I hope you like my card, the image and papers are from Pam West Vol 2.  by Joanna Sheen.  I also used:  Centura Pearl Card for base, Red Card from Stash,  MS punch, card candi, Sakura Glitter glaze pens, and promarkers.

Pink Christmas

I know you're surprised to see a non DT card from me, I'm trying to keep going with my Christmas cards now I've got started again, I've made this one with someone in mind who is so into pink you wouldn't believe and it will fit in with several of the Christmas Challenges.  

Fairy and elements are from MCS Christmas Sparkle, I fiddled about and decoupaged a few layers of the fairy and the Garland, I also used Marianne Poinettia Dies, Waco Pearl drops, Sakura Glaze pens, puffy snow pen, Kort & Godt pearls MS glitter, peel offs, glossy accents, Centura Pearl card and glitter paper.

Penguins - Bah! Humbug! GDT

I can't believe i'm on my final week as GD for Bah! Humbug! over at Humbug Hall, it's been such fun , I don't know where the month went it's just flown by.  I'll soon have to pack my bags ready to go home.  My wing at the hall has been very warm and humid lately.  Even after all these years of card making I still find it quite weird making Christmas cards at 5am ( too hot to sleep) in cropped trousers and t shirt and watching the day arrive.

This week I'm using images and papers from a Debbi Moore CD called Penguin Fun.  My fancy fold is inspired from another Debbi Moore product, I've added some glitter in the form of my Sakura Sparkle pens and some stars from my stash.

Fun in the Sun - Delightful Challenges DT

It seems summer might be coming to some places, by the thunderstorms and humidity we've had here, it definately has.  My DT card for Delightful Challenges this week is a little on the bright side, so you will need your sunglasses on to look at it.

Tassel Time - CD Sunday DT


It's Tassel Time over at CD Sunday this week, as you can see i've used my fav colours and i've used my fav style of card a centre stepper too.
 

The image and papers are from MCS Finishing Touch, I made my tassels from Embroidery Floss, something I have a huge stash off as I also like to cross stitch. I also used some card candy, ribbon, brads and Sakura Glitter pen from stash.

Mittens & Scarves - Bah! Humbug! GD

Woohoo it's Friday, can't believe i'm already on my 3rd week as GD over at Bah! Humbug!.  The ladies at Humbug Hall are looking for "Scarves and Mittens" this week, I know the weather's not always that great up there, but I reckon scarves and mittens might be a bit too much right now!!  My little offering is an easel card, poor Mr Snowman was feeling the cold and has his scarves and mittens on.  The image and BP's are both from Joanna Sheens Chrismas Creations CD, I used this for several cards last Christmas and this image was one of my all time favourites, the snowflake border was made using an MS punch, although it doesn't show up I also used a Sakura sparkle pen on the image.

Pippin goes Surfin - Delightful Challenges DT

Hi there, can't believe it's Thursday again already. I decided to stick to a more masculine type card again this week, as I don't have many in my stock.

This weeks theme over at Delightful Challenges is Anything Goes.

This week I chose to use Surfin Pippin (love his shorts!!) image and Have a Nice Day Senti, both available from digital delights by louby loo , which I coloured with Promarkers and Sakura sparkle pens, the BP's are from Bearly Mine Designs, I also used Marianne creatables an MS punch (it reminded me of sea shells) and ribbon from my stash.
