Dream - CD Sunday DT

Morning all, it's Sunday again already, now where did the week go.  I've got more water again this week on my card for CD Sunday,  well I like water scenes and I'm sadly lacking in cards suitable for the fellas, the theme for the challenge this week is Dream, now you may look at this and think what's that got to do with dreams, you have to look closely and no you are not dreaming there are hidden images in the scene of animals and an ethereal looking lady in there, I seem to remember there being about 6 of them, but I could be wrong, must have a closer look myself sometime, the image is from Ooh-La-La Dreams of Tranquility CD as is the BP, the two images are sprayed with CC Irridescent sparkle. My base card is Centura Pearl as is the card I layered the images on to, the scrolls are cut from royal blue glitter paper with my fav dies from Marianne Creatables, and the ends had some waco pearl drops applied for added embellishment. I hope you like it.

It's Christmas - Delightful Challenges DT

It's Christmas !!  Going by the weather here the past three days it could well be almost Christmas, but it's not it's July and we are being good by starting on Christmas cards nice and early over at Delightful Challenges, so that's your challenge this week, lets see some fabulous christmas cards.

My Stocking Noah was coloured with promarkers, flocking was used on his hat and the stocking top.  The holly wreath die cut i've had since last year and finally got around to using, also gives some gorgeous raised holly embossing which I highlighted with colourbox inks, the berries were coloured  with a Sakura glitter sparkle pen as were the snowflakes on the xmas stocking

My new Christmas Dies

Thought I would do another Christmas Card today, now I'm not sure why but nothing is turning out like the ideas in my head, so another one I'm not totally happy with, just wish I could my finger on what it is I'm not happy with.

Anyway for this card I have used two of my new Marianne dies, which are so lovely, I added some peel offs to the sled, and also the borders of the main card, then used my MS Star border punch on gold mirri and and added some gold/blue glitter ribbon for the central band, my BP is from a Debbi Moore CD, and i've used a Darice snowflake embossing folder on some cored'inations card. the five stars at the bottom are the pieces from the Star punch used across the centre and top.  Thanks for looking.
